Sorry guys but I have to give you one star due to the fact that clearly my community has a "No Soliciting" sign in bold letters. Apparently these people send a decoy to get leads, just to get leads because the guy insisted he wasn't selling anything and was not soliciting. His argument was that he was sent here to "educate" us on how to save money, seriously? if I want education I would not take it from a door to door person. No offense but he looks just like one from the lawn mowing company

Where do I even begin? What we were told would only take 2 months has now taken 9 and its still not finish, or even installed properly. Oh and we are also making payments for a system that we don't even have! Countless days have had to be taken off work for them to 'fix' their own mistakes and by the end of the day... they still haven't fixed anything! Lets also add that I'm sitting here writing this on the third day in a row they were suppose to be at my house and guess what... no one has shown up! What a surprise. RUN AS FAR FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!

I have had a very good experience with this group. They have been very attentive to issues we've had. I wasn't producing the energy they originally promised and in no time a crew was out here adding to my panels. I've had to have some patience getting this whole thing completed. They typically call back within a few hours.

Beyond frustrating dealing with this group, right hand doesn't speak to the left. I signed a contract in May, still waiting ...They screwed up design, sent two different teams out to install with different plans, botched the City permitting process, do not return calls, I could go on but what is the point. They came recommended by a friend who now is also having issues and is sorry the referral.
Now nearly a month later and multiple calls to Holly and requests to speak to her supervisor all remain unanswered and still no permit approval as the days get shorter...
