We had Carolina Solar Control put a film on our front door and garage. They were amazing to work with! Susan was quick to respond out of all of the companies we contacted. She worked hard to send us pictures and samples to our house. She helped us pick out the mirror tint and frost we wanted. She efficiently gave us a quote and helped us set up an appointment with Bethany. The installer was fast and proficient with installing the films. They were able to come out to us within a week or two after getting our quote. The price they gave us was extremely reasonable for the work!

Our experience with Carolina Solar was great from start to finish. We worked with sales rep Susan Burke Harris and Bethany Rudy in the office and each interaction was professional and with fast turnaround times for any questions we had. The installation was fast and we are very pleased with the quality of the work (it's been in for a week now).

I contacted Carolina solar control based on their outstanding reviews. They were extremely courteous on the phone and offered to come measure or allowed me to take my own measurements due to the Corona virus pandemic. I sent my measurements in and received a quote within 24 hours. We arranged a date and time and they were prompt and courteous. The installers were fantastic being both professional and knowledgeable. We are delighted with the results and would recommend Carolina solar films to our friends and family.

Very pleased with our new window film! Everything was so fast and easy from scheduling them to come out, the estimate and installation. We had ugly curtains on both window panes next to the front door and now they look beautiful and no one can see in. Cannot recommend this company enough! We will be using them again for sure.

I had the 3M Prestige 70 installed on three windows in a home office, and I'm very satisfied with it. It's virtually invisible, which is what I wanted. Everyone involved (estimate, and installation) was helpful, professional, and friendly. If you're looking for home window tinting, I would recommend them.

Jeff was very rude to me after they installed the window tint it was not as they described it to be. I was told it would reduce heat and glare and it did not. I tried contacting them and they never responded. I filed a dispute with the credit card to get my money back for a window tint that did not match what I was told it would do. He accused me of not wanting to pay even to the point of saying I was stealing from him. He offered no solutions to help fix the problem, only solutions that would cost me more money. Even threatened to turn me over to a collection agency, for a window tint that did

I am writing to recommend Carolina Solar Control. We needed to do something about our west-facing cathedral windows before it became too hot. We contacted Carolina Solar Control and Susan Burke sent us recommendations and an estimate based on our measurements and confirmed all of this when she came by our house. An installation date was easily scheduled and installer Larry did an excellent job of applying the film to our windows. We noticed an immediate reduction in heat and glare from these windows and could not be more pleased with the product and service provided by Carolina Solar Control

The whole process: sales consultation, installation and performance have been better than we expected. Everyone was prompt, on time and quite knowledgeable. 3M Premium Product has really reduced the heat buildup in our south facing breakfast area and thereby, the rest of our home. We are very pleased!

Great experience with these guys - salesperson contacted us within a few hours of initial inquiry, and was not pushy at all. We dragged our feet a little and they followed up after a week or so via email, very professionally and not pushy at all.
