My entire experience was not even worth 1 star! I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from Arus. Even with an appointment, she was late accommodating me, I called this "professional" she sed she works from home because of covid. After figuring out where her home is located long story shot, I end up in the laying down in the kids bedroom, Funny how she labels herself "licensed and certified - but only to those lacking melanin I guess? she continues to waste even more of my time, and after 10 min she starts working on me I felt she has no clue what she's doing like a totally beginner

I was referred to Arus by a friend who has been going to her for years for microblading and it is one of the BEST things I've ever done. I used to spend a lot of time and money on my eyebrows every day and I was over it and just wanted a natural look. Arus originally did my eyebrows last November and I went in today for a touch-up and I love them even more than I did before!
