I was web browsing for permanent eyeliner when a found Nina's fabulous site. It stood out for many reasons, it is very personable, professional and very informative. She talks of her background and profession and describes her many different permanent make-up procedures. Her Gallery was the biggest draw for me.
During touch-up applications, the make-up can be balanced, supplemented, darkened, or otherwise altered. In a few cases, clients will wish to design their own brows. Whether Nina or the client has designed the brow, both parties will agree on the design and color before the pigment is applied. Aftercare instructions are reviewed together.
A line is drawn or dots are placed between the lashes, which gives the illusion of fuller lashes. The color used is typically the same color as your lashes. When the area has healed, there is a chance that the permanent make-up will be too light or too subtle. Nina offers at least one (1) free touchup.

Nina has perfected a way to make the process almost pain free. She provides excellent instructions for after care as well.
