I brought in a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser with multiple organ failure. It needed a new transmission, new suspension, new brakes and rotors, new exhaust, new rims and tires, and other things. These Guys are Great!! First of all, the communication from Guillermo and Alycia was stellar ( they are your point of contact)! They kept me in the loop with repairs, and keep in mind, even with supply chain issues, they magically made things happen. I have to thank Jason for Resurrecting this Beastie and Breathing New Life Into It! Its obvious that Owen (the owner) has a great team that loves what they do. I want

Anytime I have an issue with my car I call Top Notch. They are always very honest about what it needs and always have it back to me within a day. The staff is so friendly and they really explain what needs to be fixed in detail so I know exactly what I'm paying for. I will always choose them for my repairs on any car I'm driving.

This is my second time using Top Notch Automotive for a vehicle repair. This time I had a bad radiator leak that required them to replace the radiator and all the hoses. I think they do a great job, and the work is quality/reliable. I have no problems using them for future repairs/maintenance. Owen and his team are great!

Went for an oil change and as I was driving there my front left tire pressure low light turned on. Turned out there was a crack in the stem and they were able to fix it. The owner Owen is very personable and makes sure his customers are happy with their service. He will always make it right. Thank you Top Notch for having PRIDE in your work!

My 2nd time using Top Notch. Guillermo was great! Talked me through my options, detailed what was needed v "encouraged", and followed up very quickly. Payment was east. Owen is awesome. Alicia is great! Nothing but positive experiences with this place! I wish their SEO was better because they don't appear on page 1 of Google but they are the BEST in Crystal Lake for auto repair. 10/10 would recommend
