Mr. Adams has many small and mid-sized business clients. He strives to fully understand their particular needs and provide them with personalized counsel on the various legal issues that they confront on a regular basis. When the need for litigation arises, he can draw upon nearly 40 years of experience in Virginia state and federal courts.
Michael J. Holleran joined the firm in 1986, became a principal in 1991, and was named President and Managing Partner of the firm as of 2005. Mr. Holleran serves as general counsel to a wide variety of businesses and counsels and represents those clients in various matters, including business formations, business sales, commercial transactions, employment matters, and lease negotiations.
