Priti Khanna is the principal attorney and founder of Khanna Law, PLLC. Priti's primary fields of practice are family law, immigration, and wills and estates law, and she regularly handles complex litigation related to custody, divorce, child and support matters. Priti decided to pursue a career in law in order to join a profession where she could directly and positively impact people and their lives.
Priti Khanna is a great attorney with a very positive attitude. She is a great listener and gives very honest legal advise for her client and strives hard for justice. She is extremely truthful, very aggressive and competitive. She does not yield under pressure and stays strong during negotiations.
Going through a divorce can be a very stressful and confusing time in anyone's life. At Khanna Law, we help you by providing each client with experienced, knowledgeable and reliable representation in order to maximize your best interest and steer you in the right direction throughout the divorce process.
A couple goes through a contested divorce process when they are unable to agree on one or more issues regarding divorce (eg.: Child Custody and Support, Spousal Support, Division of Property). In this scenario, either the husband or the wife will file a divorce case based upon one of Virginia's fault grounds or one year (1) year separation and ask the Court/Judge to make a decision regarding any issues they cannot agree upon.
In an uncontested divorce, both the spouses have an agreement about all issues involved in the divorce case. These issues can include: custody, visitation, spousal support, child support and division of marital assets and debts. An uncontested divorce does not require a trial and the time and expense of litigation as the parties agree on all the issues.

I'm eternally grateful I chose Khanna Law to represent me during my custody trial. Shirley Chim is well-versed in her field, personable, and quick witted. She doubled as a counselor by providing emotional support when things were difficult - which happened often during the trial and trial prep. She killed it in court and amazed me with how impactful her words were. Our court trial was scheduled for 2 hours, but ended up lasting over 5 hours long. Shirley was able to prove my case for sole legal and physical custody with flying colors. Even when my ex attempted to attack Shirley in court, she remained

Priti is absolutely the best lawyer I have had the pleasure to work with! I asked for her help with a case and she was absolutely brilliant! Her advise is always spot on and she handles court sessions with absolute confidence in her argument, supported with hours of her hard work and organization skills. Her rate is also half of other lawyers that are not half as competent and experienced as Priti!

I met Priti when I was at the lowest point of my life. My situation was very complicated as my ex took my child away and tried to take my parental rights away with false accusations. Priti was very professional and straightforward. She carefully listened to my case and remembered even minor details that later helped in my case. Over the time, my case got more complicated but Priti handled it well and was always prepared for the worst case scenarios. Unlike other attorneys, she doesn’t exaggerate and will tell you exactly what’s going to happen with your case. Priti is very reasonable when it

I don't have words to express how lucky I feel that I came across Priti and hired her as my lawyer. Priti was extremely professional throughout the process. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Her rates were competitive and she always made sure not to take advantage of me and charge me more in situations like calls / emails etc. She provided detailed invoices showing exactly what she was charging and why. At times where she could have easily taken advantage of me, my vulnerable state of mind, convinced me to go to court and charge me more, she always reasoned and talked sense

Priti Khanna is reliable and an extremely knowledgeable attorney. Priti Khanna represented me on two different occasions and she did an excellent job. She is a good listener and she made sure she updated me on what was going on at all times. She worked me through the entire process with a lot of patience. I will recommend her service to anyone who need a family, immigration, or divorce lawyer.

There is a 1-star review that was left about an hour ago for Priti Khanna. I will attest that that review is bogus as Glendia Mondesir was never a client of the Khanna Law, PLLC firm. In fact, Priti Khanna represented and is representing me and as a result my son is now flourishing on many levels. I am truly grateful because she has done what other attorneys were not able to do.
