Pamela is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and walks you through the entire process so you know what to expect! Almost painless, I’m so glad of the tech available - I can’t imagine doing laser hair removal with previous lasers, it would be so painful in the sensitive areas!

I was very skeptical about laser hair removal because I have heard that it can be painful. Then I was recommended to Solei Med Spa by a friend who said their laser was painless. Pamela is professional and has great bed side manner to make you feel comfortable during your session. I have done laser hair removal before and was not seeing the desired results and the pain level was high. I did research and found Solei uses a soprano machine that is more effective and virtual pain free (hence the increase in price compared to other laser services). Take it from someone who has done both, your laser experience will be so much better using this laser. I've only had two sessions and already notice a dramatic difference. Looking forward to not having to shave my legs in 2020

The laser hair removal spot in this place is TERRIBLE!!! They have a groupon sale going on for small areas on the body. I booked my reservation with someone over the phone. On the day of my appointment after following protocol to make sure I wasn't sick, and waiting 15 extra minutes after my appointment was scheduled, I was told that they do not treat small areas on the face due to covid. Never once was I told this over the phone even after I booked an appointment for upper lip. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate of the 40 minute drive I had to make. I want a refund!!!

O god let me tell you this place Robs you blind I paid almost 600 for a service that I couldn't reschedule even if I did a 24 hour notice I really was far in location to go to but the lady on the phone convinced me to put down a deposit so I did not very understanding and the service was literally 20 min long for 5 different occasions I always was stuck in traffic so I really didn't get my services at all she was not understanding of my situation I was once almost denied my kids being there because I have no baby sitter omg horrible experience never again sorry for the run on sentences

Less pain and more effective than other laser hair removal companies. My sister came to Solei bc her hair grew back after having painful treatments at another company. She said the experience at Solei was much more comfortable and effective and best of all, hasn't had an issue since. Pamela takes care of her customers and will retreat areas if hair grows back, especially if you purchased more than 6 treatments. I highly endorse this company to my friends and family.

I have very thick, middle eastern hair and have been disappointed in the results of my laser hair removal. I never anticipated spending as much money as I have on it over the last year. But I do understand that everybody and their hair is different. I do, however, enjoy Pamela and her friendly customer service as she always explains to me what should be done between each session to help my process go faster. She is very informed about laser hair removal and I have always appreciated her conversation and knowledge! :)

Yes, of course I was hesitant about trying out laser hair removal! But after having my 6 sessions I can say I have noticed a significant difference. The game changer for me was after the 4th session, so be patient. Pamela has been helpful throughout the process and explained how certain medications and hormonal changes may affect long term results. I will need a couple more touch ups, but overall I am satisfied with my experience!

Pamela needs a lesson in customer service. After posting my review, I got a couple of phone calls from her. I understand if someone wants to call and check up on their client, learn from their mistakes or clarify a situation. But this wasn't the case with her calls.
She was very long winded and rude about justifying herself, her licensure and her services. I wasn't able to get a word in, so I hung up. While my first review was great, I was told I would be entering a drawing which I do not think ever happened since there were only 2 other reviews when I wrote it. Pamela is a great sales person and often leaves out details of many of her specials.
I am writing this review after a year regarding the results of the laser treatments. I've recently used this place due to a Groupon deal. The lady was very nice, no concerns with her customer service. Also, as the others have commented, the laser is near painless. My concern was her shop and the results.
Her shop - it's a small room in the back of a hair salon. For the table you lay on, it has a fleece-like blanket on it and a cloth pillow. The 3 times I went, this was never changed out from the previous customer. The pillow was still sweaty and the blanket, well I'm not sure but overall, gross.
