Useless. On 7/5 I suddenly experienced severe BPPV (displaced inner ear crystals). I didn't know what to do. I phoned the audiologist that fit my hearing aids. He recommended this group. I appointed for 7/9. I was told the fee was $300.00, due when I arrived (obscene right? however, I rationalized it to be a small price to alleviate the dizziness and double vision). Dr. Baylor didn't tell me one thing I didn't already know. After a brief visit he said that my double vision was a concern. He then pointed out the window and said there was an ER nearby and that I should get a brain

I have called over 5 times to get in touch with office manager Debbie. And every time I was told by her employees that she was in meeting and they took my info down and would give her my info to call me as soon as she was out the meeting and all those 5+ times I never received one call. I also emailed it her over 2+ times to see if she would respond than and no answer neither. It doesn't surprise me since this office is so quick to charge patients without pre auth the treatment with insurance. I asked them to pre auth my exam before coming in and was told I would only pay my copayment and

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I am 7 weeks post op, total thyroidectomy and also a healthy 30 weeks pregnant. When I first met Dr Ho in September of this year he was attentive, compassionate and concerned that whatever action plan to surgically remove the papillary carcinoma would require 2 patients' doctors approvals, both me and baby. Dr Ho's plan, with the total support and consensus of my OB team, to perform the surgery at 23 weeks instead of waiting until after the baby birth is, I believe, the reason I am not looking at RAI follow-up treatment. The tumor was removed in entirety

After having 8+ years of chronic sinus infections, I decided I needed to get a more in depth evaluation to see if there is an underlying cause. I saw Dr. Kielmovitch after waiting 1.5 hours after my appointment time. (I purposely made my apt early so I wouldn't have to miss much work.... that didn't work out.) and expected to get some kind of tests or evaluations done.
After waiting for that long, I was absolutely taken back when Dr K said he couldn't do any examinations on me and that I had to come back when I'm actively sick...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? There is nothing that can

This beautiful man saved my life. Within 15 minutes of meeting him I was in the ER awaiting a tracheostomy and feeding tube due to throat cancer which was cutting off my breathing. And he's so kind!

It has been almost 2 years since my initial diagnosis. I’m still battling the cancer, now metastasized, and continue to see Dr. Ho every 3 months. He calms me when I get overwhelmed and answers every question with patience. Always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. He is highly thought of by both my oncologist and my radiation oncologist, and works well with

GO ELSWHERE! I had been a client at the winter park office, recurring sinus infections. I told Jeff Baylor, who had been treating it, that I get an agonizing swelling in my mouth from an identifies infection in my lower sinus. I went in for a $6000 operation and was told by Baylor he was going through the nostril and going to remove/excavate the infection. HE DID NOT DO THAT. He made the hole inside bigger for drainage. I had been telling him to go through the gum line at vacuum it out, “oh no we have better ways”, within a week the infection came back, they switched me to dr Jaddidian, and

I was referred to Dr. Brian Spector because of recurrent sinus infections for which he did a number of diagnostic tests, none of which revealed any polyps or issues so he suggested I be tested for allergies. Of course I tested positive for a number of things.
I like this practice because:
1. They are thorough in their examinations and listen to their patients.
2. Aside from being ENT office, they also have a hearing center, voice center and plastic surgery center as well as allergy testing and shots.
3. Their staff are very personable and helpful-always!

I called and tried to schedule an appointment with the allergy department after having two almost fatal allergic reactions. They told me that I had to come see one of their physicians in order to be referred to the Allergy Dept. I am an R.N. and I have never heard of such a practice. This is clearly just a racket in order to charge me for an additional Dr. visit. They would not allow a referral from my own doctor either. The receptionist was rather rude, and I would definitely not deal with them again for any reason.

I have seen several of the doctors here, Dr Taggart, Dr Lehman and Dr Spector, for a variety of issues. I've had issues with my ears since I was a kid, and recently have had voice issues as well.
The doctors here are top notch, you can generally get an appointment within a week of your call. You don't get locked into seeing one doctor either, unless you want it that way. The audiology and speech therapists are really great as well.
If you're in need of this kind of doctor, this is a good place to go!
