Lyndon Veterinary Clinic
The Doctor of Veterinary Medicine is achieved after completing four years of veterinary medical school, following an undergraduate bachelors degree. Dr. Davis is here to provide you and your animals with the highest quality of care and compassion.

A Syracuse native and graduate of Nottingham High School, Dr. Davis graduated with Honors and Distinction from Cornell University with a BS in 1975, and received his DVM degree from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1979.He then worked as an associate veterinarian at two local practices in the Syracuse area before creating Lyndon Veterinary Clinic out of an abandoned residence in 1985.
Services
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available.
Many people have questions about various aspects of their pet's surgery, and we hope this information will help. It also explains the decisions you will need to make before your pet's upcoming surgery. Today's modern anesthetic monitors have made surgery much safer than in the past.

Here at Lyndon Veterinary Clinic we do a thorough physical exam on your pet before administering anesthetics, to ensure that a fever or other illness will not be a problem. We also adjust the amount and type of anesthetic used depending on the health of your pet. Preanesthetic blood testing is important in reducing the risk of anesthesia.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you have a NON LIFE-THREATENING concern or question outside of our normal business hours, you may call our hospital number (315-445-8170) and leave a voicemail.
Route 81 South to Route 481 South. Get off 481 S at the Fayetteville Exit (3E). This will put you on Route 5 (East Genesee Street) heading east, toward Manlius. The second traffic light from the exit, you will pass Wegmans on your left. One and one half blocks past that traffic light, you will see a sign on the left (same side as Wegmans) for Lyndon Veterinary Clinic.

They went above and beyond to make sure my 4 lb, 8 year old poodle's broken jaw was fixed with giving the dog the best healing option and recovering at home where he's less stressed. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Davis and everyone on their staff here.

Dr. Davis and the whole team go the extra mile to assure you and your pet of the best care. Our aged Golden had chronic skin and ear problems. As with a lot of older dogs, he was also "lumpy". Dr. Davis was able to reverse these conditions and make Opie's last months the most comfortable he'd had in a long time. Their fear free approach makes visiting a positive experience for me and my pets. Thank you for all you do!

All three of our cats have been treated (one cat in extreme distress) by Dr. Davis and his staff. We could not have asked for better care. These people work miracles.
