I have been with ACS for 3 years now. After 2 years, I asked for a raise and both my recruiter Stephanie and HR said ACS does not offer any incentive and I had to wait for the end of 3rd year (recompete). In the end, the organization I contracted out for did give me a raise but still nothing from ACS. Basically, whatever the rate they gave me initally is set for life. If you want any incentive (really it is just keeping up with the cost of living), they said there is no room for it. No additional vacations neither. From what I see, they make about 30-35%, with that said they do offer medical, dental

This company contacted me because they were interested in my resume which I posted online. The manager I ended up speaking with told me I had to have expirience In excel which I definitely do. She then argued that she would have seen it had it been in my jobs description rather than my list of skills and experience... she then went on to ask me the same 3 questions 5 times in a row. I ended up having to disconnect the call because it turned into an interrogation as if she didn’t believe that I had excel expirience.
