Had my car inspected and was told that front and rear brakes and rotors had to be replaced immediately when in fact all brakes and rear rotors were replaced a month before by a different mechanic. Was told fluid and tire pressure were checked when in fact car fluid was low and tires needed air. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Highly recommend!!! These guys are genuine human beings and will fix your vehicular at a reasonable rate. We live in our sprinter van full time while we travel and play music on the road. We broke down in Sag Harbor and they got us in to the shop the next day and fixed our rig so we could be back on the road that very same evening. These guys are angels!

Woke up in the Hamptons after driving all day the previous day . Truck would not start. Called triple A for towing and garage recommendations. Dietrich took the truck even though they were slammed but understood I was out of town. Diagnosed fuel pump. Needed truck in two days to return home. Changed fuel pump to find out it was the fuel pump driver. No charge for pump work and had the driver done in time for me to complete my trip at a lesser charge. Honesty and integrity old school way 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Fabulous service !! We were ending our week long vacation, heading home and car started to make horrific noise. Needed to get towed, and ended up at Dietrich's because of AAA - but would highly recommend this shop. They were great on the phone call prior to being towed there, super helpful taking a look as soon as possible, and fixing the problem. They were also very helpful and realistic prior to seeing car. Great guys, great service - I cannot say enough good things about this place. And if I was a local, I would definitely use them on a regular basis !!

Absolutely horrible customer service skills & rude!! Blew a tire and AAA took me here. The place knew I was coming and had NO TIRES. Told me I had to go somewhere else AFTER I ARRIVED (not like i’d ever come here) Made me move my car WITH NO TIRE and said “you already messed it up anyways” don’t take your business here ever, waste of time.

Went to Dietrich's for car inspection. Service was prompt; the car was inspected and approved in about 20 minutes. I've always had battery issues with my vintage Mercedes and, true to form, I need another battery, which I'm having Dietrich's install instead of taking the car to Mercedes Southampton and paying much more.

Most Trusted Auto Repair Shop in Southampton. Tom's shop has worked on both mine and my wife's BMW's (15+yrs) as well as all my childrens autos, which are all used auto's and much older. He keeps them all running right and safe. The prices are the most competitive you will find anywhere. I have never had any problems with any of his repair work, ever. The job is always done right and on time at the right price. You can't go wrong @ Dietrich's Auto Repair.

My compressor went out on my drive out. Tom was able to get us in at short notice and evaluated what the problem was accurately. He quoted us a price that matched what we were told by my home garage. He was also able to do the evaluation in the timer period he assured us and did not charge a diagnostic fee. Nice guys. Easy to work with.
