So Unbelievably unprofessional the man was screaming At me over the phone after my car Was flipped last night, I am lucky to have survived and this man treated me horribly and screaming after all I have been thru. So unprofessional, mean, inconsiderate and insensitive. I will make sure I let everyone I know of how I was treated by this company, see how much how business you get now buddy!! DISGUSTING

Darrin and his team did SUCH an Amazing job on my Audi! Communication was great and my car was done very soon. He exceeded my expectations in my car came out beautiful after I got into a nasty accident. Im so thankful I went to Darrin and will for sure be going to him in the future!!

My car which I had been leasing was hit by another car while I was asleep and the driver got away free of charge. I was left to deal with a huge dent on my drivers side back door. The damage went through the door, and onto the main frame of the car just above the wheel. I called my insurance company and they gave me estimate that was way too low to get a proper fix, or have to pay out of pocket for a problem that was not my fault.

I have had two car repairs done from accidents...not my fault BTW. Each time Darin and his team did an outstanding job. My cars looked brand new, better than the showroom floor.
Each job was done with actual parts from the manufacture, paint was from the manufacture and matched perfectly. He delivers what he promises and exceeded my expectations.

This place is absolutely amazing. I went there after I got in a car accident based on a recommendation and I would never go anywhere else. They took such good care of me and the car. They helped to communicate with the insurance company so there is less stress on you. If anyone in this area were to get in a car accident, I would definitely recommend you get the body work done here! My car looks absolutely amazing, like brand new!!!

Outstanding, that is best way to describe the work preformed at East End Collision. My car was deemed totaled by my insurance company but Darin was able to reach an agreement with the adjuster and within a week I had my car back looking better then ever. I mean this car is in showroom condition and that is not an exaggeration. Darin could not be more helpful through a difficult time and is a real honest individual to do business with. Highly recommend East End Collision.
