Same-day appliance repair is what we do best. We keep our vehicles stocked with the most common appliance parts which often allows us to complete repairs in one trip. If we don't have the part on our trucks, we'll pick one up from our local supplier. Each of our technicians is required to carry insurance, and they undergo extensive appliance repair training before running service calls for us without supervision.
ASAPpliance Repair provides residential appliance repair services to residents of Cobb & Cherokee counties & surrounding cities. We provide service calls Monday through Saturday and will do our best to schedule an appointment convenient to your schedule. We include a comprehensive one-year warranty for all appliance repairs - just in case something goes wrong. Neglecting proper use and maintenance procedures for appliances can result in reduced lifespan and compromised safety. Keeping a freezer well-stocked will allow for the trapping of cold air, preventing your the compressor from overworking and keeping utility costs low. To prevent your compressor from overworking itself, we recommend keeping the refrigerator set at 34-38F and the freezer between 0-4F.
Use glass or ceramic dishes. You can reduce the temperature to as much as 25 degrees and the food will still cook just as quickly. For small- to medium-sized meals, it pays to use the microwave oven or slow-cook crock pot instead. It will use up less energy than your standard oven. Use an oven timer instead of opening the oven door to check your food.

I had an issue with my new Samsung refrigerator's ice machine. It just stopped working. There is a class action lawsuit regarding the design. DENNIS showed up on time, super professional, super helpful, and took care of it and cleaned it all up. What a great experience. I had other company's pushing me to chance the ice machine and wanting to charge north of $500.00

Very Expensive!! We had no issues with the Technician that came out. He was prompt and friendly. It was ASAPpliance Repair fee policy that seemed to be all over the place and wasn't explained very well over the phone. They charge $99.95 up front before a technician goes out and take customer's credit card over the phone. They explained it was the cost for a Tech to come out and diagnose the issue and if there were any repairs, the $99.95 would be deducted from labor and parts costs. We understood. On the repair date, that wasn't the case at all. The Tech came diagnosed the machine, but couldn't

ASAPpliance gives awesome service! Our experience was excellent from the phone call to schedule to the repair itself. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and we needed same day service (ASAP). They were clean, on time and with parts on hand. Denis was both professional and very knowledgeable.
We called five companies in total to try and schedule the repair. The manufacturer service center had a wait time of a week, three of the companies we called were no answer and we never received return phone calls to the voicemails left the day before and it's now 7:36pm the next day after the calls were made

This has been a great experience. Got an appointment within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday. The technican. Denis, was very prompt, courteous, knowledge and respectful in answering my questions. The cost was very good for home repairs. Will highly recommend ASAP and Dennis to anybody needing repair services. Really made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. We have used ASAPpliance Repair a couple of times for our refrigerator, as well as my father-in-law's washing machine. This time it was our dishwasher, and as usual they did not disappoint. Denis was our repairman, he figured the problem right away and was able to fix it. The customer service is superb from the first phone call to the final repair. We do not even consider calling anyone else.Highly recommend this ASAPpliance Repair.
