Here are the facts.
$109 service call fee to show up and access the problem with my clothes washer.... thats fine, service call fees must be collected.
tech determined it was a faulty washer lid switch.. yes, the tiny switch on the lid that lets the washer know when the lid is open or closed.
i was notified by their NY corp office that the cost of the repair would be. $328.00!!!! after i picked myself up off the floor, i asked them just how much the part costs.. they replied with $25 plus tax. so i asked how much for the labor... they replied with... $275 plus tax and parts comes to $338.
