A very convenient location for skiing with 4 blocks to the Gondola or 3 blocks (somewhat uphill) to Lift 1. Also easy access to Rubey Park bus station making all 4 mountains very close. There is a bus drop off right at the condo building on your way home. There are a little older condos but with regular improvements through time that make them most comfortable. Extremely helpful staff. World class, large Hot Tub. Nice fireplaces with ample wood and fire starters. Great daily maid service. Full kitchen utensils. Was perfect match for a stress free and productive vacation.

Renters Beware of Unit # 409
I rated the complex Great, please read on.
We booked a family ski trip in January 2019. Let me say first, Lift One condos are in a great location. The Property is well taken care of and the office staff was friendly.
Now the rest of the story. I have a cabin rental in the best part of Big Bear Ca . I am aware, what is expected and what tenants can expect. When we arrived , we were pleasantly surprised on the view and our location. Updated and very nice.
We checked in and went into our condo. We paid a premium for the location of the condo facing the mountain.

Great location. 4 blocks from Ajax lift. Lift 1 is a block away.
Older condos, some remodeled, all have fireplaces. Nice hot tub.
Great front desk crew, responsive.
There is construction on backside of building.. Full Views from 4th flr.
We were on 3rd (307), view from balcony is fine. Not like you will spend much time in the room.
Really a 3.5 star place. It was affordable so you can spend your dough on skiing and in town:)

Great place, tremendous nearby construction at the moment. Condo literally shaking from 755am to 4pm from nearby heavy equipment. When the construction stopped it's a 4-5 star place. View is less than past years as new buildings in the way of the former unobstructed mountain view. Very convenient walking to town pedestrian area.

This was our first time in Aspen and hopefully not our last. Lift One Condos are located just blocks away from Downtown Aspen. Our unit was a two bedroom two bathroom with a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, an air mattress and a full kitchen. We were with my husband's ski group and this time it was a reunion of 9 people. We were all comfortable and able to enjoy breakfast and dinner as if we were at home. Cooking was easy, although we had to adjust for altitude. We had one dishwasher issue (operator error) and a drain issue but the friendly handyman on-sight took care of them immediately

I am an Aspen local and have always loved the Lift one Condominiums. I always reserve a condo there when my family comes to visit! The units are roomy and the condo's and grounds well maintained. Great convenience of full kitchen's, pool and Jacuzzi. Wonderful restaurant "row" 2 block's away so you'll never miss a meal and a wonderful restaurant directly across the street if you want to stick close by. The Lift One Condominiums are also super convenient to the core mall area of Aspen as well as the Lift 1A access to skiing Aspen Mountain allowing you to avoid the Gondola Plaza if you already have

We stayed in room 409 for 3 days starting 10/6/2015. A big surprise! After we checked in and paid in full we discovered a major construction project the entire length of the mountain view, directly outside our mountain view balcony room. Management did not tell us when we made the reservation, nor when we checked in, nor did they compensate us for the noise and lack of view. We are long time customers of Lift One starting 20 years ago, but will not be staying there in the future. The tiny bars of bath soap, made in China, are an insult. Bed and pillows average. Carpet worn, maid service nice (I

Our recent stay at Lift One was really enjoyable. We were in town for a wedding and split a 2Bd/2Ba condo within steps of the 'hotel' wedding and everything else Aspen has to offer.
The home was very clean and organized, the (king!!) beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
We hope to come back!

Easy walking to downtown Aspen for good eats. It's so great that the ski shuttles drop you off directly in front of the condo. The staff is super friendly at the front desk and the rooms are nice and clean and serviced daily. Decent shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are included which is a nice plus compared to other condos where you need to run out and buy your own. Full size kitchens make it easy to keep nibblies on hand for easy breakfast before you hit the slopes or for times when you don't want to go out and eat. The City Market, the main grocery store in Aspen, is within walking

Stayed in Unit 304 on third floor. Was a 1 BR/1BA with a nice kitchen and large living area. Great location near the pool. The buses outside could be loud if the windows were open, but otherwise didn't have any noise problems. Great location in town - I liked being a couple blocks from the hustle and bustle of Aspen. It felt like you were escaping when walking back to Lift One.
Reception people were extremely nice. Housekeeping would come into the room to clean regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign, but that was the only issue we had.

I just got back from a week in Aspen and we stayed at Lift One Condos. What a great place! We had a 3-bedroom unit on the second floor. It was a corner unit, so it had a wrap-around balcony, which was so nice the first few days we were there when the weather was so warm. The fire place was great to have on the next two days when it got cold again! Each of the three bedrooms had its own attached bathroom, which was great for our group, as we all got ready at the same time in the mornings. The kitchen was fully-stocked, so we didn't have to worry about buying plastic silverware or paper plates
