Wonderful place for a ski-week. Ski in ski out, and if your room is at lowest floor you can even ski inside your room (you are not allowed, of course, but you could) from your balcony. The restaurant (Edge) inside the condo is great. Service is good. Heated pool and hot tub outside. Parking (for a fee) across the street. Our room was good for 3, with a "main" excellent queen size bed and a secondary sofa queen bed (acceptable). Excellent wifi. Small stove and sink, microwave toaster and coffee machine to arrange breakfast (or even more), with silverware and dishes. Snowmass mall and restaurants

Timberline Condos wouldn't offer any sort of refund with OutdoorsCO when I came down with Covid last week and couldn't go on the trip. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Any sort of credit would have been great. In a world where SO MANY accommodations are being flexible in circumstances like this I will never book with them again.

I'm sleeping in my car tonight because condo #301 has a mouse infestation. I had a mouse run over my foot, under the chair, and then under the stove. I reported it to the front desk, and nothing was done. I went up and saw another mouse run across the living room and after sitting on the couch, had one run out and nibble on my foot. I told the front desk as I went out to my car to sleep for the night. Disgusting.

After arriving in Snowmass to find our original rental through Airbnb have construction around, no stairs entering the property, and damage indoors from roof construction, we had to find a new spot. After several hours calling Airbnb and Turnkey Rentals with no solution, we called Timberline and they were able to find us a PERFECT spot for our family for the weekend! Clay and Hannah were fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with their help and support. We will definitely be coming back to Timberline condos!!

The room itself was nice. It had a great view, although we originally booked a different more updated unit. The shower faucet didn’t work and luckily the front desk gentleman was able to repair it. The biggest complaint was that a group of women that lived in the next building over were at the pool all Sunday afternoon drinking, swearing excessively and talking about drug use. It was not appropriate for our children to hear and made the pool not a family friendly environment.

This place was super nice. The staff took excellent care of us. The heated pool and hot tub were a treat for my family and me. We didn't eat at the onsite restaurant, but it looked great too! The free shuttle service was a big plus, especially given that the condos are located on a hill and the town center is a downhill walk. The uphill trek back can be brutal without the shuttle service! Overall this is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it!

Timberline condos are the best place to stay in Snowmass. This is the second trip I have spent at the condos. Being that they are individually owned, there's some unique character to each unit. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The condos are right on Snowmass, so in the winter they serve as a great Ski In/Out place to stay. Happy hour at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. 10/10 would recommend staying for a while.

My friends and I booked a 2 bedroom one loft condo. It was very spacious and had a wonderful atmosphere. The only thing that we didn’t know how to work was the AC, but other than that it was great. It was very close to buttermilk ski resort and the maroon bells. I am coming back for my next trip to Aspen.
