I purchased a new red 7x14 v-nose ramp door trailer from you. I was pleasantly surprised when the trailer was ready for pickup on the promised date. I arrived at the factory early that morning. The staff treated my wife and I like we were old family friends. The coffee was hot and appreciated. I inspected the trailer along with the shop supervisor and did not find a single discrepancy.
They connected the trailer to my truck, insured that lights and brakes worked properly and provided safety tips. I have been using the trailer on the job since then. I installed work benches and shelves, and found the interior to be solid as a rock. You and the factory folks have provided excellent customer service.

Avoid this company at all costs! They will take your money and never deliver your product. Complete scam! Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.

Starting to think that this company is a Scam. I placed an order on a trailer back in March 2020. When I spoke with Mike Jordan I told him I need this trailer asap and he promised me that it will be done by June 2020. Now I understand that there is shortage of material and of work force. However it’s now January 2021. Trailer is over half a year late, and the worse part is that I can’t even get a hold of anyone. Mike doesn’t answer phone calls or texts, but when I had a friend call he answered so he clearly just ignores me. I’m paying almost $19k with over $4k down for a trailer I think

Worst experience ever. Lost my deposit of $1,200 and never received my trailer. Also the address where my trailer was suppose to be at was an abandoned warehouse. Where Mike Jordan states that not to show up until my trailer was done. Also he wanted me to send him the rest of my balance through money order or cashier's check a month before the trailer was done. A lot of requests on the contract but there was no progress in receiving it any sooner.

Ordered trailer in mid Jan with expectation would receive by end of March. Shared I just needed by April so Ok waiting 10 weeks. Then date moved to June July and finally they have no idea. After waiting 7 months have given up on them. Would not order from them until they figure out the manufacturer issues. The owner is also not helpful and would only respond if said cancelling order at which point they threaten to take you to court. Worst experience ever. Meanwhile seeing several local trailer companies with trailers in stock.

Very nice sales people. Hiwever there is a huge disconnect between customer and the builder which is forest river manufacturing in Silverton Oregon.
This is my second trailer.. the first one was a little rough in terms of what i ordered vs what was built... the second one is a disaster.. completion date was 4 weeks off.... upon pick up things weren't complete and had to be reworked...finally when at homei noticed that thewhole thing was twisted. I call the dealer.. trailer showroom they say call the manufacturer... i call the manufacturer ... forest river they say call the dealer... just an all
