Bryant & Sons is a "Fleet Care-Fleet Pride Shop" For the Wilmington area, which means we have access to Fleet Pride inventory 24/7. We also work close with other Fleet Care shops in the event you need service or break down outside the Wilmington area. Early this year we expanded becoming a H D A shop as well, which expanded our inventory and helped us to reduce cost to our customers.

Bryant & Sons offers 24 hours a day 7 days a week on call service. This service includes Wrecker (towing) service. We mainly service from Jacksonville, NC to Myrtle Beach SC, however, we will go beyond our service area. We have serviced our accounts, to include PODS, UPS, Builders First Source, Kack Enterprises, Suburban Propane and many independent truckers.

Shoddy in competent mechanics charged me $1000
to replace a fuel pump and they installed it backwards, would fix it or refund me my money
Took it to Saunders fleet maintenance they replaced
it for $500 buyer beware Bryan n sons are crooks

Pretty good! They've done some work on company trucks I drove in the past. So I trusted them to do a few things with my tractor as well. With how backed up the industry is these days, it felt good to have a 2 day turnaround with them. Most other shops in the area were working a week in the hole.

Took my truck in to have my high pressure fuel pump replaced and some other additional items. I furnished all the parts. The labor they charged me to replace the pump was an astronomical price. I do believe the mechanic had a learning curve on my truck. After the repairs were made I drove the truck for a couple of days and experienced the worst exhaust gas odor in my cabin. The mechanic failed to install any gaskets for the exhaust work performed. I also had a very bad diesel fuel odor from under the hood and experienced coolant leaking from under the engine. My "low coolant" display kept popping

I don’t see why the negative reviews. I’ve been to Bryant and Sons multiple times for issues with my truck and every time I’ve been in I’ve spoke to multiple techs and the ladies at the counter and I’m spoken to not like a customer but a friend. I appreciate a real shop who wants to make its customer happy and feel like everyone got a good deal. I will continue to go here and recommend others to them as well.

Not a good repair shop. Nasty attitudes, secretary will hang up on you and scream over the phone, parts late, delivery dates late, repairs will need repairing, do not use them. Your Truck will be in worst shape once you leave this place. Their work is CRAPPY and their ATTITUDES ARE CRAPPY TOO.

I love this place! They are great at repairing trucks, cars, and many other things. The people there are so nice!!! I am so so soround of my grandfather for opening and owning this company!
