I wish I could rate stars in a NEGATIVE. My vision insurance company referred my daughter to this practice as a 2nd opinion as she has severe nearsightedness. He was very rude to her. He asked the name of the last person who fitted her contact, and she gave him the group name instead of the individual doctor. He then degraded her for not knowing, and mocked her for knowing who cut her hair, but not knowing the name of the last eye doctor she saw. She asked Dr. Robbins in his professional opinion did he think her eye would get better. He again rudely commented that he had seen her for 10 minutes

He gave me glasses that made me dizzy and feel like things were further away than they should be. I went back to him to have him check the prescription, and he scoffed at me, and made it seem like my complaint was simply a waste of time. I tried wearing them for about 6 weeks, and it felt like my vision was getting worse, and my eyes were getting tired much more quickly. I later got a second opinion on the prescription, and the other doctor said I should be nauseous with how far off the prescription was, even before I had told her about the dizziness.

I contacted Dr. Robbins office after encountering a serious eye problem and they made arrangements for me to have an immediate examination. Dr. Robbins and his staff identified the eye problem and arranged for me to see a retina specialist that same day. I am very grateful for the thorough and immediate attention that I received.

I recently took my 84 year old mother-in-law here for an exam.She is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's disease . Dr. Robbins and his staff were so very patient and kind to her . They were very creative in their efforts to communicate with someone who is loosing their ability to communicate and comprehend. Dr. Robbins was very professional , kind and patient with her. He was also very thorough in his examination process. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing excellent vision / eye health care.
