I’ve had three visits so far with this practice and all have been really great experiences. Dr Kelley is so patient and willing to answer all my questions and explain things. The exams have been, by far, the most thorough/detailed eye exams I’ve ever had. Her staff is so welcoming and nice. I can’t say enough good things about this group! I am so grateful I’ve found them for my family!

Had the same contact prescription for 20 years before I visited this office for the first time where the doctor insisted that we change my diameter and prescription strength, although I've never had any issue with the size/strength I had over the 20+years prior. They sold me an off brand that can't be found online which they said I'd have to order through their office - which shows they are profiting off the sale - which explains their insistence on me purchasing that (poor) brand. The doctor was great but the staff is extraordinary! Heather went above and beyond to help me find the right contacts. She was always prompt, professional, and kind. She answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect fit. The office was clean and I never saw any other patients during my visit and subsequent visits except in the parking lot.

Can't say enough good things about Dawson Eye Group and their awesome doctors, techs, and opticians! They were so patient with my 5 year old and eased her jitters. Then let her try on ALL THE GLASSES, dug through their back room for "lavender sparkle" glasses, and finally helped her special order the perfect pair! ♥️ She had a wonderful first visit with this office!

The doctors here are very knowledgeable and really care about their patients. They use up to date equipment for exams. I have not had any problems scheduling appointments. I am not super picky about appointment time, and I have never had to wait very long to be seen. The team is very friendly and accommodating. My children have seen both doctors and both are great!

By far the best eye exam this 73 year old man ever had! Dr. Kelley is highly skilled and very knowledgeable! She's also very professional and friendly along with her entire staff! I cannot say enough good things about this place, Kelley was my doctor and was incredibly professional, everyone here really cares about their professions and want to make sure you are happy with your visit. You don't see this kind of service anymore, I highly recommend them to anyone seeking eye care of any kind. They checked my eyes with a scan, I had a different office that I no longer use check them as well, Dawson Eye Group had caught an issue the other office had not! They are very thorough and had even made several follow-up calls to check on my on-going eye issue. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience. I was so impressed with the entire staff, from the front desk, to the Dr himself, to Theresa helping me pick out my frames. I was thrilled with my experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my eyesight, and take care of the exact need, while making me extremely comfortable! I am so impressed I am bringing my 2year old in to be checked by their pediatric specialist!

Love this practice. The staff is warm and friendly and they go out of their way to help you. I was taken aback at how personable EVERYONE was. They were fantastic to my children, one having special needs and needing specialized attention. This is the best eye care she has ever gotten.You won't find a friendlier group of people There is more than ample parking not crowded at all. I can't recommend this practice enough. The care is exceptional.

My husband and I went to Dawson Eye Group for the first time for eye exams and new glasses and were impressed with the great friendly customer service from the receptionist to the technician and the patience they had helping us choose new frames. Dr. Kelley was friendly and very knowledgeable and thorough with her examination. We would definitely recommend Dawson Eye Group.
