I was recommended to this clinic by numerous people, and the care for my pets has gotten increasingly concerning with every visit— but today was the tipping point. I brought two of my cats in for a distemper booster, and I brought my third cat in to receive her first shots and get spayed. Right off the bat, they insisted on keeping all 3 of my cats… at the clinic all day, despite their appointment for a single shot being at 8 AM, and that never having been the protocol for any of my previous appointments. They never contacted me to let me know when they were finished— eventually
