I live nearby and called about a flat tire. Dave drove right over and filled the tire with a portable pump. I drove to the shop. Chris dropped what he was doing and switched out two tires so the donut wouldn’t be on the front. Conscientious and personable! Much appreciated!

On a trip from Milwaukee for a hockey tournament, we had a wheel bearing fail. By chance, we saw the Bourke Brothers shop near the ice rink, and we stopped in. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. Even with a busy schedule, they were able to get my car in that day to diagnose the problem and had it completely repaired by noon the next day. The work done was outstanding and the cost was very fair....many other places would have taken advantage of an out of town guest.
