I brought a private party van in for inspection prior to purchasing it and everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me identify a number of mechanical issues that would need to be repaired and I was able to negotiate those repair costs into the cost of purchase. On top of the problems they helped me avoid, I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating they are. I life a good ways away from Coon Rapids, but I will consider making the drive for future repairs to their shop because of how great they were to work with.

My Fiance and I brought our Chevy Impala in yesterday for a power steering pump and was told we can have it done today but for sure tomorrow let's say this was a lie. They are short on mechanics and the one guy that is there has allot to do. Well yesterday they did not have many cars and today they have tons and was told I do not know when the work will be done until this one mechanic comes back. Sorry there is no waiting when we already don't have wheels. We need our car back today. So I called another shop up and sure enough we can have it done today it will only take a hour and a half. Brought my car in with wheel noise, had them tell me it was the ball point. Paid 140 dollars to have the ball joint fixed only to drive away having the same loud wheel noise. They took the wheel off and noticed more wrong with the wheel bearings, finally fixed the problem another 140 dollars later. But I noticed when I got my car back the key was taken out in the on position now I'm having battery problems I didn't have before I went in. This place is a joke and see,some very fraudulent. I'd be weary of bringing my car here.
