Tom was fantastic to work with during our recent home purchase. He walked us through the process and laid out the steps in an understandable way that made us feel comfortable.
He is communicative and was on top of keeping things moving with the seller's agent. He kept our expectations within reason and advised us on the best way to put together a competitive offer to put us in the best position to have it accepted (which it was, amongst a dozen other offers.)

We just finished selling our starter home (which Tom sold us) and buying our new home with Gonsalves Real Estate Properties and these guys are just awesome! Tom and the Gonzalves Reality staff were top notch and a pleasure to work with in purchasing our first home. Our very first offer was accepted on our home in a competitive market. I've known Tom for years but we have never had a chance to work together until now. He helped my wife and I buy a home and took care of us every step of the way.
