Let me start off by saying Modern Remodeling is awesome. My contractor (Michael) was the absolute best. Michael was there with me every step of the way. The entire process was seem less thanks to Michael l got my roof replaced with them and I love my new roof and warranty. I would advise anyone to use Modern Remodeling inc for any contracting needs.

We had a great experience with Modern Remodeling Inc and are so happy with our new roof. Our project manager, Jen, was easy to communicate with and managed all the hard work of negotiating with our insurance company. She was quick and responsive to messages and worked around our schedule. We were so pleased to leave for work one day and come home to a new roof! She came back out to inspect the work. Mike Miller with Modern was indispensable in putting our roof replacement insurance claim through. Mike was our go-to guy for the entire process; from inspection to submission of forms to roof replacement, we relied on Mike for it all. Each step of the way he handled everything and kept us up to date with texts and calls informing us of each step. We had our roof replaced and it was a great experience. Mike Miller helped us every step of the way. He was very professional, organized, and had good communication skills. He came over to the house immediately upon completion to inspect the roof and to make sure the area was left clean. The contractors were efficient and considerate. They used tarps to protect the perimeter of the house and made sure the area was clean before leaving.

Modern Remodeling did a fantastic job on our roof. The workers were polite snd our project manager was thorough and attentive. Our grandson watched the roofers from his bedroom window and asked me to put his tool belt on him so he would look like the men working on the deck roof. How cute is that. Great job!

The Project Manager was Brian Matthews who went way beyond my best expectations in getting everything just right, within budget and on-time.
This company is very easy to work with and stands by their word on everything… they promised. My roof was heavily damaged from a high wind storm and Brian worked closely with my insurance company to comprehensively respond to all my insurance company's requests.

Michael Miller and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and they delivered everything up and beyond expected.
