Louis Jewelers has been a trusted name in the jewelry business for over 30 years. Owner Louis Carciobolo started taking classes at the gemological institute of America for jewelry design in the 1980's. At the same time he started building a very successful wholesale jewelry business. He later set up a jewelry bench shop at his father's photography studio where he began making and selling bridal jewelry.

I was on vacation and the charm broke off it's ring that holds it onto the chain. I brought in to be soldered explained my situation that I was leaving in 4 days and that it had to be done. They put a red sticker on it to expedite it and told me they would call when it was ready. It was the day before I was suppose to leave and still no call. I went in and the girl found it in the completed box and said we didn't get to call you yet. She takes it out of the bag and it was not completed. It was exactly the same way I left it. It came hightly recommended but I would not recommend it to

Brought my brand new watch (graduation present from my family) here to have a few links taken out. The lady took it to the back for 20 mins and then brought it back saying they didn't have the right tool. So she spent the whole time hacking away at it with the wrong tool. She ended up damaging and heavily scratching two links without my knowledge and gave it back in the box without telling me. I should have inspected before leaving the store, just didn't think they'd be the type to try and cover something up so unprofessionally.
