Highly recommend! They were recommended to me from my mother ( they redid the entire crawlspace under her house for a very nice price ) and showed up to me ready to help. very nice very professional and great communication. They gave me very detailed advice and information and the company offers every type of fix I need to prevent future issues and fix current. ( fixing posts, treating moisture, adding dehumidifiers, closing up areas not needed. ) all in the same company ! I’m excited to work with them and complete the job.

I have only just starting using this service, but in my short experience I have only encountered excellent service. They were extremely organized and timely in scheduling the first inspection. When they came to our house for inspection and then again to spray, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I have been impressed, to say the least, and look forward to being a continued customer for many years.

Eastern Pest Services did the termite inspection for a house we just sold. On their first inspection they said the moisture barrier needed replacement and the insulation needed to be removed. Once they started the work they noticed a leak under the utility room and said that 77 square feet of flooring and two joists needed replacement. I crawled under and looked and the joists are solid and only a couple of square feet of flooring was bad. They also said they found termites which I didn't see signs of, the home inspector didn't see, and another termite inspector didn't see. They

All-around PHENOMENAL experience from local, family owned/operated expert. BACKSTORY: Wife HATES bugs. Our elderly neighbor is a hoarder and her house hosts bugs. When I saw a few appear in our kitchen, I tried Hot Shot liquid bait traps (Amazon) but later continued to see 1 or 2. Life is infinitely better when wife's happy so I wanted expert reinforcements. Sean has been my pest guy for years and him and his son are great. I do their quarterly service and we rarely get bugs but if I do they’re out here lickety split. He’s helped me with a bee hive, a rat infestation by our shed, he sealed my crawl space and has handled everything in between. He’s polite and very trustworthy and reasonably priced to boot. I recommend him to all my neighbors. You can’t go wrong using this company.
