Erin Schauwecker has been in contact with us via mail concerning the condominium we owned in Charleston since 2010. She was consistently sending postcard updates on listings, sales, price per square foot, etc. at the Arboretum, where we'd owned since 2007. When we made the decision to sell the property, it was an easy decision to contact Erin first to discuss the sale. Hilary Rieck helped us purchase our first home and walked us through it every step of the way. Having briefly worked with a different company, we immediately noticed the difference Hilary brings. She asked questions we hadn’t considered, responded to every text/phone call/email and supported us through every bump in the road of a failed inspection, pandemic safety protocols, and short closing. She and Elaine were so supportive and professional. I don’t think we even understand everything they did behind the scenes to make this move possible for us.

When my Sister and I decided to put my late parent's house on the market, we contacted Emily Ford of Elaine Brabham and Associates to represent us as our agent. The house was built in 1962 and as our parents aged, had little change made, thus was in need of work prior to selling.
