Mike has over 25 years in the road construction and excavation business. Mike was born and raised in Douglas County and is a Graduate of North Douglas High School. He enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and cheering for the Oregon Ducks. Kyle grew up in Prospect, OR and moved to Central Oregon in 1995 and has been in the construction industry since.
Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife & three children. He enjoys all of the outdoor activities Oregon has to offer. Heidi joined our team in June of 2015. She has over 18 years of experience in the accounting field. She graduated from Springfield High School and University of Oregon with a degree in accounting.

They helped us move our irrigation pond. Superb customer service, great equipment (big loader, excavator, rock hammer), and for price I was very comfortable with. One of the owners was there the whole time. I am picky and they exceeded my expectations in grading, pond fill, and shaping the new pond.
