Redo the existing deck with maintenance-free TimberTech material, and extend the deck space to include a privacy wall, fire pit area, built-in hammock area, and a dedicated BBQ area. Phase I: Demo day is always fun for our carpenters! Old decking, railing, and balusters were removed, and new underfloor post holes were dug.

Laredo construction is the most dishonest construction company I have ever worked with. Laredo will surely go way over budget on your project. The project managers are so unorganized and there workers take no pride in there work because they are underpaid and unhappy. The Company will want to charge you time and materials so they can milk you for all you have. There is no incentives for the employees to do the work in a timely fashion, the slower they go the more they make.

Laredo Construction provided expertise in designing plans, executing preparation for construction, overseeing the building, and following up with details. Laredo has an excellent group of workers, including project manager, head foreman and skilled subs. The execution of work was timely and thorough. I never had a moment of concern during the construction. I was given ample time to make the decisions I needed to make regarding materials and fixtures. They put me in touch with decorators to assist me. I express my thanks to Laredo Construction for all the work and care they provided.
