As it stands I've been sitting here for over 10 minutes past my new appt time. As I have not been to this practice before. No one greeting or checking people in. Tons of chatter and laughing in the back though. They have a few more minutes before I just walk.
Good start to what I knew wasn't going to go well. As you may have guessed, the dentist not hygienist came in to clean my teeth but after going through my X-rays she decided it was in my best interest to tell me to come back when they can numb my mouth for scaling. Which is fine but I wanted a cleaning today, and I would have come

Robert was very friendly and efficient. My dental Hygenist Deb was fabulous with cleaning and X-rays. ! I love that the office is in a house. The rooms were spotless and had windows which I happen to like. They seem to care to take the time to by sure that your insurance is in network and therefore less costly.
One visit so far but a happy one.

I went in just expecting to make a few 'band aid repairs" to my chipped teeth so they would be acceptable for my brothers upcoming wedding and they discussed other options that were affordable! Their atmosphere and bed side manner was fantastic and made me comfortable and the process of getting veneers was not nearly as scary as I had thought.. Now i have the smile of my DREAMS and no longer have to be ashamed and can smile without fear. Thank you, thank you thank you guys! <3

Beautiful office! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff went above and beyond accommodating the fact that I had to bring my 1 year old with me for my appointment. Deb, my hygienist, made sure to explain what she was doing and had a wonderful personality. The dentist was just as pleasant and made sure to go over all of my concerns and treatment options. 10/10 would recommend Newpoint Family Dental.
