I used this company yesterday and many times in the past. They have always been professional, the slides cleaned, and very communicative before as well as throughout my parties as I need. I am very disappointed with jump around rentals. I rented a bounce house for my son 2nd birthday party from them at a park. Joseph was very unprofessional. On the website it asked for the location, I put in the park location when I reserved the bounce house. He did not send my mom a contract until the day of the party. The contract still didn’t mention they no longer do parks. My mom called him the day before to confirm everything with him, however he didn’t answer so she left a voicemail. He proceeded to say that it was after hours when she called and he didn’t get the voicemail. My mom

The day of my nephew's party, the owner decided to be unprofessional and lack customer service skills. After my family and I supported his business for years, he refused to allow his team to set up the bounce house for my nephew's party that had been booked at a park well in advance and paid in full. The owner never tried to come up with a solution but only refused to help at all.

They have poor communication. The balance was paid and we gave the location for my nephew's 2yr old birthday party. We have supported his business for years now, and he waited until hours before the event started to cancel. The owner Joseph was not very professional at all and only wanted to argue on the phone. Do not go here anymore. They will not get any more support from my family after this poor display of professionalism.

What an awesome team! They delivered the bounce house a little earlier than expected which was a huge surprise for my daughter. They set everything up so quickly! Packing everything up was just as fast. Customer service was fantastic as well. I had to cancel my order several weeks prior due to a family illness and they were so understanding and amazing about letting us reschedule free of charge. I will absolutely be using this team again in the future. The fact that they came all the way out to Frostproof was also a huge deal for us as every other bounce house place we called said they don’t
