Services
We arrive early to set up your inflatable rental so you get the entire rental time to play. A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1- hour before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up our rental equipment as early as 4 hours in advance.
5 Alarm Party Rental is always looking for honest, hardworking, flexable & motivated workers. Positions such as delivery drivers, receptionist, maintenance assistant, field training assistant & manager are some of the great opportunities available. NOTE our party rental equipment is mainly delivered on weekends.

20 very disappointed kids, of course especially the birthday boy (my son)! Made reservations online, got a confirmation email explaining I will receive a phone call the day before the party to discuss the delivery details, but no phone call and when I tried to reach them they didn’t answer (phone and text).

I don’t recommend this company at all. I was calling around for waterslides for my sisters birthday. Spoke with the gentleman here seem very nice over the phone offered some great deals... I knew the deals were too good to be true. After speaking with my mother who was paying for the waterslide we decided to order the bigger one. She and I tried to contact this company by phone for 3 days... no answer. I then proceeded to send a fb message. I got a message back asking what I needed. I explained I wanted to rent a slide and I was going to call him. I called him and this time he answered... didn’t

It was bad.
1. Did not get the bouncy I wanted, the one I wanted had two little girls jumping on it.
2. The frozen ice machine did not work until half way though it and they sent the incorrect flavor (& couldn't change it, because he had other places to go). When you poured drinks, it would not stop pouring out and created a huge mess all over my hand made Rapunzel decor (ideas from pinterest, so very involved as far as ther hand making is concerned).
3. Last but not least, the bouncy deflated with children in it. Do not use them! He didn't even offer me a partial refund.
