Services
Dr. John Lindgren graduated with distinction from Duke University in 2001. He received his D.M.D. degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard, he was elected class representative and was awarded the J. Morita Award for research. Following dental school, Dr. Lindgren worked as a family dentist for several years treating patients with a wide variety of dental needs.
The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) was founded in 1929. It is the oldest and most prestigious specialty board in dentistry. The ABO's aim is to elevate the standards of the practice of orthodontia, to familiarize the public with its aim and ideals, and to protect the public against irresponsible and unqualified practitioners.

Orthodontics (also referred to as dentofacial orthopedics) is a specialized form of dentistry focusing on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial abnormalities. An orthodontist is a dental specialist who has received two to three years of additional training and experience. Your orthodontist is able to straighten teeth, correct misaligned jaw structure, and improve the function of your smile.

I had an amazing experience at Arlington Orthodontics! I had braces in middle school but needed to get bottom braces again after not wearing my retainer for years. I’m so glad I found this office and only wish I had come to them sooner! They made my options super clear and everyone on the team was extremely warm and helpful from day one.
