Perhaps one of the more fashionable/trendy clothing and accessory shops in the Vancouver area. Very helpful and friendly sales team. Very nice boutique. They now let you try on clothes, which made my wife quite happy since most pants are too short for her. Really lovely clothing, ordered from the East Coast and received in a timely manner, even with shipping delays due to the pandemic.
Sizing was perfect for me and I am really happy with what I ordered from Willows. Thank you guys! We're influenced by the mountains, ocean, deserts and green valleys that surround the Pacific Northwest home. Our lives are coastal casual and mountain chic and everything in between.

After I was snidely informed by the sales clerk that "their aisles are not stroller friendly" I decided I'd given Willows enough opportunities to earn my repeat business and hard earned money. New moms want clothes too.
I'll just have to find overpriced, acrylic, basic, pedestrian sweaters elsewhere, I guess!
I remember when this shop was down on Esther and this current envisioning is nothing like it. Sad.

First time I have been disappointed in the service here. I am a huge supporter of small businesses and I go out of my way to buy locally. I came in and found a cute romper on the sale rack for my daughter and upon getting it home we found a tear in the item and so I went to return it to the shop for a credit or exchange for another one but they didn’t have her size. The little gal at the counter indicated that was the reason it was on sale and they don’t accept returns, I explained it doesn’t say that on the receipt and that I shop there quite a bit she said well it’s there policy on the

Clean, classy, and cool. They have a nice selection of clothes that look casual yet high-quality, a lot of which are sold at fair prices. The atmosphere of the store is stylish, with employees who are a balanced mixture of friendly and aloof, which gives you some space to shop in peace. The store is organized well and it's easy to look around for potential buys. I found a great tan bomber jacket that I fell in love with at first sight and bought happily.

I follow them on Facebook and Instagram and always love to see what they are carrying, but 90% of the time they don't have anything that fits. I am an XL and have to wear curvy pants. They carry Kancans, which I love, but not the curvy ones. It's very disappointing and disheartening when I walk in wanting to buy something and they don't offer it to all sizes.

I went there a few weeks ago and this girl named Abby w. seemed very lost and had me sitting at the register for about 15 minutes. She could tell I was getting frustrated because I had places to be. Overall she seemed kind of snappy and rude. I've never had this experience before. Not impressed this time.

Recently I have been into Willows twice to look for gifts. I was impressed with not only the wide array of items (candles, jewelry, shoes, great jeans, tops, dresses, decorative items, perfume, plus some little extras throughout the store) but with the helpful and friendly staff. I found awesome gifts in the $20-$60 range for women 30-52 years old and my teenage daughter found a few things she loved, too. In addition to having a stylish & fun inventory, they also wrap up all gifts beautifully for free.

If you're older than 30, the staff doesn't even make eye contact. My third time to stop in here in the past year. Same exact experience each time as I walked through and browsed. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgment or a smile, much less an offer to help.
I have 2 granddaughters in high school who would probably have enjoyed a clothing gift from here, but I think I'll pass this boutique on by from now on.

I love this boutique! So happy I found it. I can't think of a time when I haven't found something I loved in this store. Adorable women's clothing for all ages and sizes at a really great price point. It's my go to place for girlfriend gifts too. The young girls that work there are full of energy and always check on me in the dressing room and grab other sizes for me when needed. I really appreciate their customer service.

The store has some really cute stuff however, it is overpriced. They don't carry that many sizes that fit more curvy women. I have hips and a bust so it felt like I didn't have many options. I felt like an outsider shopping there because I need to wear an extra large for tight fitting jackets and they don't carry it . The sweaters are nice and that was the only thing I liked in the store. The tanks and pants are made for only super skinny women . Why not cater to all body types ? I'm not fat but, this store made me feel fat . I'm a large up top and wear 13-14 so yeah it

Beautiful clothing, serene and happy ambiance, and great costumer service. I loved that I was created at the door and on my way out and that's it. Often when I go into retail stores I'm berated by employees trying to be as helpful as the possibly can be, which actually isn't helpful at all. The girls at Willows are just helpful enough. I didn't walk out with anything today but there were tons of cute stuff. It's a little pricey but totally worth budgeting for. There was also a fair amount of clearance items, especially shoes. If you wear a 6 or 7 and want some new booties

Great customer service and best selection of clothes you'll find for women in Vancouver. I always find a few cute items. Sizing will be hard to find at times since they run out quickly, but I like how they can put things on hold for 24 hours if you like them on Instagram.
