The information provided by Richard Garcia could not be further from the truth. This company is a perfect representation of an honest company. Richards claims have been proven to be false by the Medicaid fraud department. His wish to see Lovable Family Home Care out of business shows the kind of person he is. he is out for revenge since the company would not allow his aide to perform tasks that are not required by the state. Also the coordinators refused to put up with his nasty language and behavior. He claims the aide give them blank time sheets which is a false statement. Each aide is informed
