Auto loan interest rates are good, literally everything else is terrible. This location in particular: no one answers the phone, no one is ever available to see you if you try and get something done in person, the drive thru is painfully slow…please trust me on this: use a different bank.
BIGGEST ISSUE for us:
The online banking is embarrassingly terrible. The balance is never accurate because they process transactions slower than any bank we’ve ever seen, which means we need to be in 1990 and use a check register (basically what they told us). The app is extremely limited in functionality

We have been banking with Western Sun for over 30 years and our banking experience always exceeds expectations. Recently Walmart hit our account with over $700 in fraudulent charges and Shelley Boswell, Downtown location, was on the problem within minutes beginning the needed paperwork and keeping me on the line reassuring me she was dedicated to resolve the charges. Western Sun continues to make banking personal in this ever growing world of automation and apps. Thank you, Shelley!! Thank you, Western Sun!

Literally the worst place to deal with. The branch manger at this location is the RUDEST LADY I HAVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH! Unwilling to take fault for her employees mistakes . I would never trust these people with your money. They way the branch manger spoke to me was insane, if your going to be rude lady; then maybe you need to find a new job.

First time I went to sign papers for the loan I had appointment I set there I the waiting place for 45 minutes so I told the receptionist it been all that time I left the thay called me a said thay was sorry I have now had the boat for over a month still no title I called and talked to sammy last wensday she said it will be sent now it is Wednesday not title

I would steer away from this bank when it comes to loans, I applied for a boat loan on Aug 11 online. The loan had the make, model, and series of the boat so all the information was available to them so they can check what they need to check before approving the loan. On 12 Aug i received a call fromYesenia Madrigal stating my loan was approved. 13 Aug an email was sent to me requesting my proof of income and a bill of sale from the dealership. I provided both and she received them. Meanwhile we drove 110 miles to the dealership twice making plans for the pickup of the boat. We haven't heard anything

I’d give 0 stars if I could this has to be hands down the laziest bankers I have ever tried to work with they turn the phones off on Saturday when they are open just so they can be a little more lazy I have never been more frustrated when just trying to make a payment!! I’ll never work with this group of clowns again

I have been in the Broken Arrow branch twice for an automobile loan. They are so helpful. They were able to get me approved in less than an hour. This branch is also very clean and neat.

This bank is probably the most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with. Anytime I have to get a new debit card it takes a minimum of 3weeks. This last time it came in with someone else's name on it! I'm pretty sure when I ordered it they looked up the wrong person because the teller asked me if I was at this address and I said no, I've never heard of that address. So she made me fill out a new address form which I thought was odd because I've been banking there for about 3 years now, and never had an issue getting any statements mailed to me. And now the card shows up with some other person's name

I tried so hard to like this bank, I’ve had this bank for four years and have had nothing but problems after problems. The first time I had a bank account they randomly cut my card off without telling me and I couldn’t use my card and then when I called up there they said they don’t know why but my card is not active anymore and I’ll have to re-order a new one, and then after so many problems with that account I made another one and I’ve had THREE incidents where somebody has tried to take money out of my account and I got a negative charge fee, which I should not have gotten because

My husband an I needed to pay off some medical bills so we went here to refinance our truck an it was such a breeze with Kayla as our go to girl! She made the process so easy an hassle free, her friendliness was a welcome change to most financial institutions. I would recommend coming here for any of your banking needs, if at all possible, ask for Kayla, you won't be disappointed!

Great customer service, they were kinda snappy when I was applying for a loan. But I'm not going to lower the rating simply because they have the best rates for older/higher mileage vehicles and I also went in 30 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me so I could close on my car that day. Highly recommend!
