Simply put, a home equity loan is a type of second mortgage that a homeowner can take out on their house. Most homeowners choose to take out an initial or first mortgage when they first purchase their property. The difference between what the homeowner owes on their first mortgage and the actual value of their home is called "equity."
Need a little extra cash in your pocket? Have an unexpected expense come up? Here's an alternative to taking out a small loan. A$25.00 transaction fee will be charged for each loan processed. Funds will be debited from a FOKFCU deposit account. If there are no funds available, the payment holiday will not be processed.

The worst bank I have ever been to very Un professional. Not signing a document then over the phone saying they won't sign it. I will never in my life do business with them. If you have money in this bank take it out. They need help with customer service so bad. You don't yell at someone who just spent 8k in your bank.

I used First Oklahoma FCU for my car loan, and they have been wonderful to work with! They were able to prequalify me quickly, offered a low interest rate, and their staff and service has been excellent since I financed the car. Great local credit union, I highly recommend them!
