William Sunter handled my civil case in charlotte county. After the case was over there was a refund from the trust account and I never got it back. After couple of calls and assurances from his assistants that the check is coming they changed their story saying that all the money was used. The bottom line is that whatever money you give them they will use and write you a bill for fake services and their services are way overpriced so you better off finding a more reasonable and honest attorney

Was recently contacted by David Holmes, who is apparently an attorney here. I was informed that after his client, Southwest Florida Counseling Center, refused for months to release my records to me, that he would now be handling this issue. This of course after i reported the Counseling Center to health and human services for a HIPAA violation. I asked David why his client felt the need to ask my EX-WIFE for permission to release my records to me. He refused to respond. When i informed him that i filed another HIPAA complaint for attempted intimidation tactics by having their attorney contact me

William Sumter is a true Attoney A**h**e Did not help with our family's situation, and only made it worse. We talked to him multiple times and when the a new situation arrose he actually stated "Oh, you're actually going to make me do my job today?" With a condescending attitude and look. This is truly unaceptable for an attorney that represents the PGPD. We will be telling our friends and neighbors about you're excellent sub-par services!

I am an attorney in Sarasota who referred a case to this firm for an emergency litigation matter. The lack of professionalism of this firm is appalling, even by attorney standards. Not only did they never follow up, they didn't mind losing the business. There are many better lawyers around who care to have your business and are actually professional.

Nothing but money hungry thief's. They don't care about, nor do they fight for their client's, all they want is all your money for doing practically nothing !! I will not refer this law firm to anyone. As far as I'm concerned, they need to be reported to the Florida Bar Association as well as The Better Business Bureau.

Brett Sifrit provided outstanding service on a very complicated life trust issue that could not be solved by 5 other professionals including 2 CPA's, a real estate attorney, a general practice attorney, and a title attorney.
