Took my money to represent me in a foreclosure case, filed one petition to extend the date before my court date, did not send me new loan options from my mortgage company, so I lost chances to refinance at a lower rate, and then when I worked things out on my own with the mortgage company I was refused a partial refund. Later when I tried to set up a time to discuss this with him he ignored my phone calls, emails, and letters for over nine months, until I finally reached out to the Florida Bar Association. He told me and the FL bar that he would give me a partial refund. After the FL bar closed
