Excellent people who are always willing to help. I've used the website to book and there are times that I had the staff help. I tell them what I am looking for and they email me matches. Haven't let me down yet and I doubt they ever will. We love Cape May and Jersey Cape Realty!

The central air broke during a heat wave and was not repaired for over 24 hours. We had infants and senior citizens with us. While the system was eventually repaired the owner refused to compensate us for our difficulty. They did not take a single cent off the $7,000 plus rental cost of 114 Decatur and instead sent us a bill claiming we left food… in the fridge. Do not rent from this agency they will not help make things right in the event of a problem. Further, small issues included no toilet maker, broken ice maker, failure to allow us to check-in at the time agreed upon in the lease

Rented a house through Jersey Cape. After checking in home called for “Two adult bikes.” No bikes at home, was told to rent them and pay for them myself. No gas in grill. Pushed to have me pay additional $150 cleaning bill. Tried to keep $500 security deposit. Homeowner left private stuff all over home including dirty underwear. Jersey cape Realitor would not take my calls. Did not honor signed lease.

I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of understanding during such stressful times. Maintaining such a rigid cancellation policy during COVID is unfair. While I realize that this is not something that they could have planned for, this I also not something I could plan for.

Henry was our realtor during our search for a second home in Cape May, and we cannot recommend him and Jersey Cape Realty enough. He’s from the area and his knowledge of the area and the rental market proved invaluable as we narrowed down places to look at. Henry also helped us navigate the negotiation and closing process in South Jersey, which is… different from where we live in North Jersey. Do yourself a favor, use AirBNB because Jersey Cape Realty provides no advantage or service over an out of state tech company (in fact, I think they provide less).
I rented a place through Jersey Cape Realty with my family over the July 4th Holiday. We go to Cape May twice per year and my family has been doing this for nearly 30 years.
After using their website and speaking with Agents, we rented a home located at 903 Stockton Ave. The home was big and we were told it would accommodate our large family (5 adults, 6 children). Once we were in the place we realized that is might night be suitable

PICS ARE ACCURATE. SPENT A WEEK THERE AND WE HAD 15 PEOPLE. NOT 1 PROBLEM AT ALL. JUST MY BEST VACATION TO THE SHORE EVER. SOMETHING TO DO EVERY MINUTE, INCLUDING DINING OUT.
