We've added a brand new kitchen, den, and pantry with a new open concept floor plan on the interior. We added over 400 square feet of brand new kitchen and open floor plan living space. We now have two refrigerators, a 36 professional gas range, two ultra quiet dishwashers, three large sinks with disposals, and a separate kitchen pantry area for your entertaining convenience.

In addition to its pristine beaches and all of the summer fun that goes along with the sand and surf, there is also a vibrant community of year-round residents here that supports the arts and organizes festivals [food & wine; lima beans(!); seafood; Octoberfest-just to name a few].
In the warmer months, there are also deep sea fishing competitions including shark hunts, weekly movies on the beach, whale watching, horse and carriage rides, ghost tours, you name it!At any time of the year you can explore Cape May's rich history and visit our lighthouse, the many historic buildings (many of which you can tour), and the WWII lookout!

Owner's Cancellation Policy - Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property. We request a $500 deposit to hold your spot which is payable by check through the mail to us. Once your deposit is received, we'll create a lease for your signature and the payment terms are scheduled throughout the year and spelled out in the lease.
Magnolia Porch: A Wonderful Cape May Vacation Rental House is 1 block from Cape May Beach and short walk to Town! We invite those who wish to stay with us to contact us via email and provide the week or weekend you are interested, the number of people (including children and babies) in your group, any special occasion being celebrated, and anything else you'd like us to know about you.

Our family of 15 spent the last week of July, 2017 in this perfect, beautiful, comfortable, dreamy house. Everything is absolutely ideal and wonderful. The kitchen has all you want and more...top notch. We all gathered together at the dining room table comfortably and in the living room and porch. If you want to be alone for a while that is possible too. The beach is great and there are lots of other activities and restaurants in the area. All within walking distance too! We all loved Magnolia Porch and have only positive comments.

We have been coming to the Magnolia Porch for many years with my parents, siblings and all the children. We love the house and especially love the new kitchen. It has made it so much easier to feed a large… group! The large porch has been a wonderful place to catch quiet moments alone or with a family member. We enjoy Cape May and the variety of things that we can do there including climbing the lighthouse, visiting the Naval Station museum, touring the zoo, going for bike rides to Sunset Beach and so much more! Our family has been meeting at Magnolia Porch (and its predecessors) every summer since at least 2000. Currently, our ages range from 9-93 and it perfectly suits all of us. We love the house and its many amenities. The new kitchen is spacious and well-designed so that preparing large family meals is fun and many can gather to help. Our large family group ranging in age from 3 to 80 (four married couples, two teenagers, and three young children) spent a very happy week at the Magnolia Porch in 2017. The house is extremely comfortable and… perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need for an excellent family vacation. We particularly enjoyed the spacious wraparound porch and the beautiful kitchen. The location, one block from the beach and walking distance to downtown, was perfect.
