Got the deluxe car wash and they did a terrible job! My dash was barely touched and they didn't even wash the inside of my windows. Took them a little more then an hour. Had to go back home and do my dash myself because they missed a lot. They used to be a great car wash not so much anymore.

Rafael Canbera is one of the auto detail managers at Mendocino Car wash . He was incredibly professional and offered me many different services for my Ford Dually. Rafael and his crew were not going to hand over my truck unless it was absolutely perfect. I was amazed with what they did and I will always bring my truck to Mendocino Car Wash ... By the way, I tried to give a separate tip to him as the manager and giving us such great customer service and he denied me twice, telling me to give it to his crew . That’s a good manager right there. Thinking of his crew over himself. I highly recommend

Do not consider this place just burned a hole in the seat of my new truck with a heat gun and will take no responsibility nor refund the over $300 I paid for a detail. Very i professional and not someplace you can trust with your expensive investment.
NO you have been miss informed there was glue on the seat which we said not to worry about and when your employee used a heat gun to try to remove it he burned a hole threw the seat.

Some of the nicest people work here. I went to another car wash after my window got broken and they wanted me to pay a lot for cleaning it up. These guys looked at me and my car and said we will vaccum your car for free. Knowing that I was already having a bad day. Kindness of the workers there really touched my heart and I want to thank them for that.

I just left there and to be honest with you I'm very disappointed I bought a card with a dozen washes on it just the basic super wash which was $27.99 for each wash I upgraded today to the next package to get my truck a little cleaner I came out and before I really inspected the car inside and out as good as I'd like to I noticed right away that the area around my stick shift look like it wasn't even touched not to mention a couple other areas that are the most obvious place that people will look. I think I'm done with Mendocino car wash.

They hard workers. They get the job done and get your car spotless I love it there.. it’s my favorite place .. I like the deals they do . It’s affordable

I paid for the best wash and had to wait over 15min before anyone even touched the car. I had to go in to complain before they started to take care of my car. I watch several cars leave before mine was even touched. There was even cars that were there before mine and was still being taken care of when they finished my quick service . My experience was not good today. I do not think my service today was what I paid for. Rick Vosler

Best car wash service in town. Amazing staff and top notch service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make my car look NEW and smelling good. Never had any issues with car wash service from them. I highly recommend this car wash in town. Their service can't be beaten in town.

After coming here, my car is cleaner, but not clean. I paid $37.95 for the “ultimate” hand wash and tipped $20. My vehicle is big and it was dirty but it’s kinda still dirty. I came at 1pm when they were super busy, so they told me to come back the next day at 8am which was totally fine with me. I understand because of the size of my vehicle. But I’m pretty disappointed. Not much else to say, the pics speak for themselves. I would only come here if my car was already pretty clean and just needed a light touch up. If your car is actually dirty, try another place.
