Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy of Cape Cod was established in 2010 by Rich and Dina Qualter. The company was founded on the belief that our highly skilled physical therapists can deliver a superior clinical experience even in the most challenging of health care times. The foundation of the company is strongly set upon locally based patient care relationships, and a long-term commitment to the community.

I have been to Rich multiple times over the years. He has been a great help in my recovery in many ways. I like the atmosphere at this facility because I feel relaxed and able to concentrate on my workouts. The atmosphere is not stuffy. His personal manipulations are excellent. The entire staff is very helpful.

If you care about a safe and correct rehab do NOT go here.
They had me on a program at 8 weeks that I should have been doing at 16-20 weeks for knee rehab. I’m only praying there is no damage and am beyond disappointed that I trusted them and they misguided me. I should have checked it myself but trusted them.
This was all caught at a post op follow-up with my doctor when I gave him my PTs feedback regarding our program. He told me to stop going to them immediately. They never responded, apologized or explained when I asked about this.
Aside from the above, which is the reason to avoid this

I have used OSPT for two different injuries. I saw them first for a hand injury(Dina) and then Bob Reese for back pain. I need to say that I have had PT in Western Massachusetts and also Colorado. The dedication, knowledge and attention is far superior at OSPT. I am the type of person that pushes for more exercises to do at the gym or at home as I want to get a full recovery!! Both Dina and Bob responded well to my requests and I am most pleased with the results. As a separate note - if you ever want to know what surgeon is the best in your area, just ask a PT!! They see the results of all the

I can’t say enough good things about this group.
I had total hip replacement surgery in June, and had a goal to be in Hawaii kite surfing by October. I was very skeptical in the early stages of rehab, needing crutches or a cane for the first month, but Rich and his staff kept assuring me that I’d be ready. They had me progressing at a slow, steady pace, holding me back from pushing myself and helping me avoid any setbacks. At about 8 weeks, progress started to happen much more quickly. After 12 weeks of therapy, I was back on the water kite surfing. 3 weeks later I was in Hawaii, and my hip
