Executive Party Rentals

This company is completely unresponsive. I inquired via their website, phone, text, and Yelp. After leaving a voicemail, I received a text and responded right away, but never received a text back with the information I requested. When I reached out through Yelp, I received one message back stating someone would check their availability, and then no additional response. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't trust using their service; at this point I'd be worried if they would even pull through. Strongly wouldn't recommend paying for services when they can't even give

I called this business several times and no one picks up the phone. Then I went through Yelp. It took this business 14 days to respond to my request to my rental needs just to tell me they didn't have the date available when there was no date given!! Other rental businesses responded within a day!

This place came through with chairs and heaters. December 31st sad cold and I wanted to have friends over so I reached out and luckily they had 10 chairs and 2 heaters, just enough for the party. Then when it got delivered they gave me two tanks, just in case. Well that case came through, I needed it at the end of the night and it was easy go to exchange them.

Highly recommend Executive Party Rentals! I have used their service twice and it has been a smooth process both times. Their communication is speedy and clear and they are easy to work with. The equipment is well kept and in good condition. They will be my first point of contact for any event.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alex and his team came promptly at the designated time to set up the jumper and deliver our tables and chairs. Very friendly and professional and all of their equipment was in great shape. I have rented from other party supply stores and some of the chairs come bent, dirty or broken. Executive Party Supplies jumper, chairs and tables were great. Highly recommend for anyone in the Downey and surrounding areas.

Executive party rentals is amazing! We've used them twice and will continue to return! Alex is very easy to talk to via text or Yelp messages. I requested a quote and he was quick to respond. I had a few questions and he didn't mind answering all of them. The day before the party they delivered the tent with lights, the round tables and all clean and ironed white linens. Executive party rentals is absolutely amazing. Any other company can provide rental and delivery of tables, chairs and a tent. However, what makes this company a 5 star yelp company is their affordability, easy booking process, amazing customer service and reliability. For example, after setting up my wife requested three additional tables. Less than 10 minutes later we had three extra tables. I will absolutely be using this company for future events.

I'm extremely happy with the customer service, delivery, communication and comfort level provided by Alex. He was puntual, professional and assured that I was completely satisfied with the set up before leaving. The weather got a little out of control the day of my event which concerned me a lot due to the strong winds knocking over one of the tents. Wow, this company is great! I worked directly with Alex Felix in efforts of getting party equipment for my brother's baby shower this past weekend. I was asked to throw he and his wife's baby shower and I'm so happy to have gone through EPR. Alex was very responsive, helpful and super professional. I needed a 10x20 tents with lights, 10 tables & 40 chairs for a dinner party I was throwing. I contacted several companies via Yelp and EPR was my best option. Alex was easy to communicate with, friendly & professional. And... he had the best prices! Alex contacted me a couple days before the event to schedule a drop off window (10am to 1pm). I got a text to let me know he was on his way & he was at my house within 30min. EPR is a family owned & operates business that takes pride in their services. I had a baby shower this month and it was amazing, partly because of EPR! Booking them was VERY simple and Alex always responded quickly. They were very professional as well. I looked around and priced many rentals, but EPR was by far the best and I'm so glad we went with them. I would definitely recommend them and go with them again. Oh, and they even delivered a day early and picked up a day late!

Rented a bounce house the week before July 4th!!! Alex delivered as promised and went out of his way to make sure the pick up time was workable for our party! Bounce house was clean ( you know sometimes they can be funky" and was in perfect working condition. Payment was simple with PayPal and he was very workable with how we wanted to take care of payment before the event. The kids at our family event loved the bounce house and it kept them busy all day! I rented tables, chairs, custom backdrop, & custom centerpieces for my family reunion & I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Everyone at Executive Party Rentals was extremely professional & super accommodating.
The tables and chairs were very clean and the chairs had great support, the best part was they were extremely affordable.
As for the decorations, I wanted something simple yet fun & welcoming. They went above and beyond my expectations and the price was great considering they handcrafted and customized my decorations. The back drop was a huge hit! It made everyones pictures

We rented from executive party rentals for our baby shower, the delivery was on time and the setup was quick.
