I really recommend this place.. Good price.. Good service and polite staff

Rented two sequin linens for a special occasion only to be given two linens that didn't match. I did reach out to the business and they responded. Was given a monotone unconcerned response. I was also offered a 10% ($5 dollar) refund off a $50 rental charge. Because the Linens had been used, is what I was told. (Keep in mind I pick up 12/31 they closed early so how would I have been able to call and exchange anyways. I'm just saying)

I support nothing but small businesses. I work with different vendors all the time and unfortunately this time I feel like the service for this business

These guys were great. Friendly staff, were able to provide tables, padded chairs, and umbrellas for our son's first birthday party at a good price. Everything provided worked as expected. Delivery and pickup were on time. They even were able to accommodate our last minute request to add linens, just a few hours before delivery. We will be using them again for the next party; thank you Azteca!

My experience with Azteca was great. I needed four outdoor umbrellas for a small wedding shower and was having difficulty finding a local rental company that had those for rent. Azteca had them available and they were very large so they provided a lot of shade for an outdoor event. The umbrellas were in great shape so you can tell the items are very well taken care of.

Carol was very responsive and got back to me immediately. She was able to send me a contract within an hour of my request. Delivery and pickup was seamless.

I would definitely recommend and use them again for future rentals.

I reserved a rental for my sons prom. Prom has been cancelled due to this Coronavirus pandemic. They would only return 50% of my deposit because that's their contract guidelines. They don't take into consideration that we have no control over what's going on and prom being cancelled wasn't a result of our own fault. If I need a rental place for future events I definitely won't be returning here.

Azteca Party Rentals was super helpful with my last minute order! They had the the tall cocktail tables I needed. When I contacted them with an add on they came through. Delivered everything right on time. I highly recommend them for your events.

I called on thanksgiving eve to rent chairs and a nice lady answered and told me they had the Chairs available that I was looking for. I arrived for pick up and a gentleman helped me put the chairs in my car. Paying and getting out the door was fast and easy and the chairs were great quality. So I recommend this company for your rental use I'll be using them in the future for my other party needs.

We used Azteca Party Rentals for our wedding and we are so happy we did! The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. I have always come here for my party rentals. I have got tent draping here with them for 3 separate occasions. They are cheaper than most places, but can be pricey too depending on what you get. I got a 20x20 tent with extra curtains and it was around 400$. And fully draped was almost 700$. They are punctual and professional. Their rental warehouse is super clean and everything rented from chairs to linen is clean. Sometimes they deliver the day before. Would highly recommend. If I could give Azteca party rentals more than five stars, I totally would! After dealing with tons of last minute wedding stress, I needed someone to decorate our church cafeteria for our wedding. I was on the fence of hiring someone to decorate as I didn't need want any more stress. But something was telling me to just contact them anyways and I'm glad my gut was telling me to do so. Carol and Juan were so sweet and seriously made our cafeteria look SO nice! They suggested to set up a day early (which I'm glad they did because there were so many people setting up in the morning

I gave them a 3 because they messed up on my chair covers. They said they had 400 chair covers of the color I asked but when I got them the ivories were different shades and some were fitted and others fit loose and floppy and and we're stained and dirty.

I couldn't ask for a better party rental services. They are amazing to work with and understanding to our needs. They delivered on time and set up everything perfectly. If you can imagine it they can make it happen. They will be my go to party rental service from now on. I rented the canopy, cocktail tables and a few white chairs from Azteca. I can say I was beyond pleased. The canopy was pricey with the pole covers and drapes. However it was so worth the money because once I saw it put up the picture was a beautiful as I created it in my mind.
The cocktail tables were sturdy and strong. The table covers were fresh from the cleaners and white white with no stains. The white chairs where clean and great condition. The drapes covering for the canopy was of great quality and clean.

Azteca parties did a fantastic job turning a drab outdated community center into an adorable and beautiful setup for my daughter's first birthday party!

We ordered pipe and drape to cover the old walls and windows, a beautiful setup for the dessert table, and a "photo booth" type backdrop in one section for the photos.

They were prompt for pickup and delivery, since it was a park we had a tight window. I also didn't do a good job measuring
