Our infant room is always busy with activity. We pride ourselves on a low teacher-to-child ratio in this room, allowing for plenty of individualized attention and bonding. Monthly, individualized lesson plans provide meaningful activities to aid your baby's development. We have a great play area for babies to explore and discover which is away from the sleeping area for napping.
Diamond Street Early Childhood Center is a medium sized nonprofit Daycare and Preschool. We are a ministry of the Akron Mennonite Church and strive to educate and nurture the whole child in an environment that emphasizes peaceful resolutions to conflict and Christ's love. We seek to hire individuals who are high energy and have a passion for providing children with the opportunity to reach their potential despite outside circumstances.
