Our nurturing teachers recognize the importance of infants having responsive adults to meet their needs in a consistent and loving manner.

My son went here for about a year he started when he was two and ended when he was three. This was my sons first daycare and he is an only child. They were constantly complaining about my sons behavior and writing him up for things like not sharing, hitting, not listening, throwing temper tantrums, not wearing his mask etc. We would get notes almost everyday about something he did. They suspended him twice one time for three days and the second time for a week. When they suspended him for a week that was the final straw for me, I can understand if he’s not behaving but what I don’t understand

So far so good my son has been there for a couple months and he absolutely loves it , there’s times he smiles from cheek to cheek when he goes in & is smiling when he leaves , I’m happy to say I 100% trust Learning ladder academy with watching and teaching valuable lessons such as sharing , caring , being nice , learning how to walk , talk and using tools and concepts to make the kids smarter each & everyday . I would recommend Learning Ladder Academy to any parent who is in need of a part time or Full time child care !

My son started 2 months ago and he absolutely loves it! Every morning he goes in smiling ear to ear when they reach to grab him from me. I love that they send out daily logs with how his day went along with pictures of him doing activities, what times his diaper was changed, what he ate and how much he ate. All staff are very kind and seem to love their jobs, when the staff have that type of energy I know that positive vibe will reflect on my sons day.

My 6 month old Wesley has been going to Learning Ladder Academy for about 2 months now and I can truthfully say they are amazing. I've never sent any of my kids to daycare this young so had extreme anxiety over it. The Kid Reports app they use puts my mind at ease. I can see when/what and how much he eats, all his diaper changes, and his naps. You can also message your child's teachers and check in which is awesomr and they are very quick to respond. Overall just an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been working at Learning Ladder since 2012 (when it was Tutor Time) and I can honestly say when Kelly and Steve took over as the owners, the center changed for the better. I can not imagine any other place to work. The staff is amazing and the management shows that they not only care about the children, but also the staff. Communication is very strong at our center and I am blessed to be a part of this wonderful team. We all work hard to make sure the children have the best education possible and we strive to show them we care about their growth by showing unconditional love and support

Learning Ladder is wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly! I love that they have more teacher to student ratio's vs. other Childcare facilities. My son is 2 and has already learned and developed well beyond his age and is making great friends along the way! I have and will continue to take him here as well as continue to recommend Learning Ladder to friends and family!

Even though my son is only one, he has been going to Learning Ladder since he was only two months old. The teachers are wonderful! Everyone there is interested in making your child's experience a positive and educational one. They will also listen to you as the parent and work with you if you have any questions or concerns. I love having my son there to interact with the other children and I look forward to their Fun Friday themes each week! The facility is safe, clean, colorful, and bright with lots of windows to the outside world so it doesn't feel cooped up. I wouldn't send my son anywhere else

We have been a Learning Ladder family for over a year and are so glad we made the choice to send our daughter there! Her teachers are warm-hearted, knowledgeable, and fun. The staff (classroom and administrative)
communicates with us daily about school/classroom happenings both in person and through their super convenient app. Most importantly, our daughter loves “going to school” which makes our hearts happy. Thank you Learning Ladder!

I definitely would recommend this daycare! Everyone is friendly, they use a great communication system to inform you how your child doing throughout the day and if anything is needed for your child. They call any time your child may injure themselves or even if they would like to give you a heads up on something. They do Fun Friday’s for the kids and little parties when there is a holiday! My son has been attending Learning Ladder Academy for 3 months now and I could definitely say I feel completely comfortable with dropping him off everyday no worries!
