How is it , for an emergency dental you don’t have a scheduled visit till the following year? So one is suppose to wait 1 complete year with a tooth infection with the operator not giving any options at all.

Brought my son for his first dentist appointment. He was seen by Dr Kelly Thomas. She was amazing! We were literally in and out in under 20 mins. She was kind and knowledgeable. Hope they keep her as their pediatric dentist!!! Ahhhmazing!!!

The receptionist Anita's is a very nasty unprofessional individual. Like just do your job reception. She hung up the phone and refused to let me speak to a supervisor because I engaged in a conversation that did not have anything to do with her when she was suppose to be getting the supervisor or director on the phone once I gave her my name and date of birth. Now I'm not getting an answer lol like she can denied my services. The reason for the phone call is because they are telling you they take your Medicaid or insurance and really don't and don't wait for approval on if your insurance will cover

This office put fliers all around town for a day of free dental services with the only requirement being that you must have an ID. But, when I called about it, the representative rudely told me that I misunderstood the flier even after I read it to her word for word. She claims that it is only for people who work in a certain career field. This is false advertising and I definitely would not recommend this office. Unfortunately, this is the only option for those on Medicaid. If you have other options, it's better to pursue those.

Great doctors and hygienists. Front desk staff have become lackluster, rude, and unemphatetic compared to a couple years ago.
